How MLJ, SASU handles personal information submitted through foyersignin.com. Last updated: March 2, 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is MLJ, SASU, a simplified joint stock company registered in Paris, France under SIREN 934 769 837, publisher of the FoyerSignIn website and product. The publication director is Jimenez Julien. Any question about this policy can be sent directly to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com and it will be answered by a person, not an automated ticket system.
What the demo request form collects
This website has exactly one place where you can send us information: the demo request form in the contact section of the home page. It collects the following named fields, and nothing else.
- name: your full name, so that a reply can be addressed to you properly.
- email: your work email address, which is the only channel used to answer you.
- company: your brokerage or team name, used to understand your setup before the call.
- role: your role, chosen from solo listing agent, two person team lead, broker associate, team administrator or managing broker.
- request: what you are asking for, chosen from booking a demo, requesting early access or requesting a quote.
- size: how many open houses you hold in a typical month.
- message: your free text answer describing what happens to the names you collect at the door today.
- consent: the required checkbox recording that you agreed to be contacted about your request.
Three hidden technical fields travel with the submission: form-name, which routes the message; subject, which labels it; and recipient, which sets the destination mailbox. A honeypot field named bot-field is present but is never shown to you, is skipped by keyboard navigation, and exists only to catch automated spam. If you fill it, the submission is discarded.
We do not ask for a postal address, a phone number, a license number, payment details or any identity document through this website. Please do not include client names, seller information or any confidential transaction detail in the message box.
Legal basis and purpose
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the processing rests on your consent, given by ticking the consent box, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry that you initiated. The only purposes are answering your question, preparing and running the demo you asked for, and keeping a short record of that exchange. Your details are never used to build a marketing list, are never sold, and are never shared with lenders, title companies, portals or data brokers.
Who processes submissions
The site is a static website hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Form submissions are received, processed and stored by Netlify Forms acting as our processor, and a notification copy is sent to the publisher mailbox. Netlify records the technical metadata that any web server records, such as the IP address of the submitting device and the time of the request, for security and abuse prevention. Beyond that processor, no third party receives what you send.
No advertising trackers
This website sets no advertising cookies, runs no third party analytics, and carries no social media pixels, retargeting tags or session recording scripts. The only external request the pages make is to Google Fonts to load the two typefaces used in the design. Because there is no tracking cookie, there is no consent banner to dismiss. Site traffic is understood only from the aggregate request logs kept by the host, which are not linked to any individual visitor by us.
How long submissions are kept
Enquiry submissions are kept for twenty four months from the date you send them, so that we can pick up a conversation that pauses across a listing season. After that they are deleted from the Netlify Forms store and from the publisher mailbox. If you ask us to delete your record sooner, we do it within thirty days and confirm in writing.
Your rights in the United States
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia, state privacy law gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, and to have it deleted. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt out to submit, but you may still send an opt out request and we will confirm our practice in writing. California residents may designate an authorized agent to make a request on their behalf.
Your rights in the European Union and the United Kingdom
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, together with the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l Informatique et des Libertes.
How to exercise your rights
Write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with the email address you used on the form and a short description of what you want. We answer within thirty days. We may ask one clarifying question to make sure we are acting for the right person, but we will not demand documents that we do not need.
International transfers
MLJ, SASU is established in France and the hosting provider is established in the United States, so a submission sent from Europe is transferred to the United States. Netlify relies on the European Commission standard contractual clauses for that transfer, and applies encryption in transit and at rest. A submission sent from within the United States is stored in the United States.
Children
FoyerSignIn is a professional tool sold to licensed real estate agents and brokerages. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us details through the form, write to us and the record will be removed promptly.
Security
Pages are served over HTTPS, security headers are applied at the edge, and access to the submission store is limited to the publication director. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affected your details we would tell you and the relevant authority without delay.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page with a new update date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already written to us are also announced by email to the address they used.
